JOHN F. ANTIOCO

Managing Partner, JAMCO Interests LLC

John is the Managing Partner of JAMCO Interests LLC, the majority shareholder of BRIX Holdings, LLC. He is also currently serving on the Board of Directors of TGIF Holdings, LLC, the parent company of TGI Friday’s restaurants. Prior to joining BRIX, he was Chairman and CEO of Circle K, Taco Bell, and Blockbuster, Inc. Mr. Antioco began his career at the 7-Eleven convenience store chain. During his 20 years at the company, he held a number of senior management positions, including Senior Vice President for the 8,000-outlet-chain with responsibility for all world-wide operations and marketing.

CRAIG ERLICH
President and Chief Executive Officer
Craig joined Brix in 2013 as Vice President of Operations for Red Mango and was promoted to President, leading all BRIX brands, in November 2016. Craig has over 18 years in senior leadership roles at major retail companies including Kay Bee Toys, Joanne Fabric and Crafts and CVS Caremark. Prior to joining us, he was Vice President of Easter Seals NY from 2011 to 2013.
MITZI BROWN
Chief Legal Officer

Mitzi has served as Chief Legal Officer since May 2011. Prior to joining BRIX, she was employed as in-house counsel for Blockbuster Inc., in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Brown served as an Associate Corporate Counsel for Blockbuster Inc. until September 2008 when she transitioned to serve as Blockbuster’s Vice President, Legal & Digital Content.

JIM NOTARNICOLA

Chief Marketing Officer and V.P. Franchise Sales

Jim has served as CMO and VP Franchise Sales since July 2008. From March 1996 to May 2004, Jim served as Chief Marketing Officer of Blockbuster, Inc. From March 1978 to September 1996, he served as VP, Marketing for 7-Eleven, Inc.

RICHARD JENSRUD
Chief Financial Officer
Richard has been with the company since July of 2008 and served as Chief Financial Officer since December of 2009. Richard has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning and Business Development for franchise retail concepts. In addition, prior to joining BRIX Holdings, he was the Retail Strategy Practice Director of Dallas-based Interactive Marketing Agency imc2.
YVETTE MARTINEZ
Vice President of Operations
Yvette started with Souper Salad in 1999 as a cashier and worked her way up the ladder, being promoted to district manager over the entire Houston market in 2010. After BRIX acquired the brand in 2014, Yvette was promoted to Director of Operations for Souper Salad, and her responsibilities soon expanded to include RedBrick Pizza as well. She now leads all BRIX brands as Vice President of Operations.
