Infused with heart healthy organic extra virgin olive oil, the organic dough is being rolled out across RedBrick Pizza restaurants nationwide.
The 100% USDA organic ingredient dough is cold-proofed for over 12-hours to develop texture, depth and complexity of flavor. It is then mixed in house and hand-crafted into individual dough balls. The final product bakes golden brown, perfectly airy and with a crisp bottom. Customers can choose from three different organic dough options including Original, Super Thin or Superfood Multi-grain.
