Dallas, TX (RestaurantNews.com) – BRIX Holdings, LLC, a Dallas-based multi brand franchising company specializing in chains with superior products and attractive growth prospects, today announced the promotion of Craig Erlich to President. Erlich will oversee BRIX’s portfolio of franchise brands which include the franchising companies for Red Mango, Smoothie Factory, Souper Salad, and RedBrick Pizza
.
Erlich began his career at Red Mango as Director of Operations in March of 2013 and assumed responsibility as Chief Operating Officer for the other brands over the past three years. Previously he was an executive for CVS Pharmacy and Joanne’s, a specialty retailer. Among his achievements have been the establishment of franchisee advisory groups; the launch of Fresh Made to Order Juices at Red Mango and Smoothie Factory; the development and launch of new store designs for Red Mango, Smoothie Factory, RedBrick Pizza, and Souper Salad; and a strategic leveraged concept with Crest Foods and the Nestle Toll House Café by Chip brand.
In his role as President, Erlich will continue to work closely with Richard Jensrud, CFO; Mitzi Brown, Chief Legal Counsel; and Jim Notarnicola, CMO and VP Franchise Development, to direct and coordinate all company operations.
“Craig has done a terrific job of managing each of the brands over the past three years. As President, Craig will be in a better position to coordinate all of the resources of the company to achieve its growth objectives and to better support its franchisees,” said Brown.
